What to include

Please tell us:

• The phone model and its Android version (Settings → About phone).
• The app version (shown at the bottom of the app’s main screen).
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• The time of day it happened, and your time zone — the app keeps a timed log, and knowing when narrows it down quickly.

How long it takes

We aim to reply within three working days. This is a small project; there is no telephone line.

If it is an emergency

Do not write to us. Call your local emergency number — 911 in the United States, 112 in Europe, 190 or 192 in Brazil.
