Stay connected with the people who would come for you
MyHelpGroup does not replace public emergency services. In an emergency, call your local number first — 911 in the United States, 112 in Europe, 190 or 192 in Brazil.
MyHelpGroup keeps a small group of people — family, neighbours, whoever you trust — aware that you are well, and lets them know quickly when you are not.
What it does
- Scheduled check-ins. At the times you choose, the phone asks whether you are all right. If you do not answer after several tries, your group is told.
- Alerts and emergencies. One button tells everyone in your group, and shows them who is on the way.
- Automatic detection. Optional sensors for a fall, a hard impact or a shout — each one off by default, turned on only if you want it.
- Works in the background. The app keeps a quiet connection to the server so that an alert arrives even when the screen is off.
What it is not
It is not a medical device, not a monitoring service, and not a substitute for calling emergency services. It tells people who already care about you that something happened.
